blish? new site I found

I looked through it one evening. I won't submit there because the photos are not watermark protected and they can be pirated pretty easily.

I just went through their site.... it seems if you want to become a seller.... you have to email them for the information.....

Usually that's a bad sign.... if they didn't have anything to hide.... why wouldn't everything be spelled out on their site like on every other site ?

Personally.... I wont waste my time.... if becomeing a seller is that much of a secret.... I don't want to know !

Hey all, I run the Blish website and Doug emailed asking for information. The reason we don't allow any one to sign up just yet is because we're still very much in beta and we don't want to open it completely up to the public just yet. Even though we're still very new, we're seeing lots of traffic and lots of sales in our photography area. That explains a few things.. Im quite impressed by the look of this one, as sup said , its looks very professional and a little like featurepics,

The picture pricing also looks good.

Worth pursuing I think..

I got accepted to blish, Its more of a pain in the ass then its really worth. it takes a few days of e-mails to get in, then you have to sign a W-9 tax form, the upload process is a huge pain in the a**...but you can set your own prices for the photos. they also sell all sorts of other media. e-books, mpeg's, etc...

I have yet to make a sale. and I've lowered my prices to reflect micro-site prices. I'll give it a few more months and if I havnt made a sale I'll jack my prices up to Macro-site prices. Who knows I might sell a few then.
