Here are the two clauses that I think are what you were asking about.
By submitting video, motion picture footage, photographs and/or other visual works ("Audio-Visual Content") to Pond5, you are offering Pond5 a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive license to the Audio-Visual Content pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. If Pond5 accepts your offer, Pond5 will obtain a non-exclusive license to your Audio-Visual Content, but you will retain full ownership in your Audio-Visual Content.
There is an exit clause.
You may terminate the license granted hereunder in connection with any Audio-Visual Content upon no less than fifteen (15) days notice to Pond5 of your intent to terminate. Upon the effective date of such termination, Pond5 will cease offering the Terminated Audio-Visual Content to sub-licensees. Pond5 may continue to utilize the terminated Audio-Visual Content for purposes of advertising, marketing and promoting the Site, including but not limited to use of the Audio-Visual Content and derivative works thereof on the Site, for a period of six (6) months from the effective date of such termination.
