Real estate images wanted

Hi all,

I have a web site design for a builder of custom homes coming up and I'm pretty sure I am going to be buying stock images for it. I have pictures of the homes covered but am looking for any other real estate / building type images for inspiration and of course for purchase if they go into the design. Right now I'm thinking images of people happy to have found their dream home will be very helpful, but I haven't finalized any concepts yet.

I'd much rather buy them from the fine membership here first, so if you have any in your portfolio, please call them out here! I prefer istockphoto.com for buying since I have credits there already.

I haven't narrowed down the site's style so both photos and vectors are welcome.

If lots of us have real estate images I'll start a lightbox on istock to keep track (and will let you know where it is).

I have a lot of nice generic pictures of homes if you have a need for those. All or most of them are at Istock. If you want to take a quick look at a few of them, you can go to http://brooksimages/houses.aspx.

If you like what you see, I can look up and provide you with links to these and many more at Istock.

Kate - I don't have anything too exciting but I do have some images from the Perry Park area down south in my portfolio at Dreamstime as well as some lake front images from Grand Lake. No interiors, but I have a buddy that does trim carpentry work in custom homes (works with a couple of small builders) and if you'd like, I can ask him if I can get access. Sometimes it's tough at a job site and some builders are a little nervous about documenting how the home is going together (aside from what is visible outside). The other problem out here (at least this year) is all the #@$&%! snow - doesn't work to well in stock photos.
