Default Connectivity problems fotolia.

Hi,

Are there people out there who also experience connectivity problems with fotolia.?.

I have to retry several time trying to log in... once in also have to try several times to go to my photo's area or credits area.
Submitting is a pain, had to retry the ftp upload 7 times to get 12 out of 14 pictures from my latest batch online.
Those online, when categorising I can only see the bottom categories, top categories are blank. When submitting for approval i have to refresh the page several times before i return to my photo section.

This is for about a week already.

Patrick.

clear out your cookies and delete all of your cache. Are you using firefox or IE? I haven't had any problems lately.

Hi,

this has nothing to do with cookies or cache... those are being cleaned everytime I close my browser. I'm using a program for that, to keep my computer clean.
I use both firefox and IE...

Hi,

Did a mail this afternoon with fotolia, just got an answer.

They are aware of the problem and are trying to solve this issue by the end of the week.

Smart. I wasn't sure, a lot of people don't. I used to use IE Privacy Keeper (It also works with Firefox 1.5) I set my Firefox options to automatically delete the history, cookies, cache, now - so I don't really need to use it anymore.

I have been after this site forever. It sucks for everything about connecting and speed. I e-mail support a hundred times to NO avail. There making to much money now to care about us.

I just had all but one photo from a painful upload rejected. OK, my bad. But the photo that was accepted now has as its title the keywords from another image, keywords that weren't associated with the photo at all. And I can't get to the image detail and on and on. Now I'm not sure the other photos were really rejected.

But I guess if they aren't listening to Laurin Rinder, they really just aren't responsive.

I have problems too. Today I uploaded 10 images with FTP, and only ONE appeard for entering categories. And the site is very slow. (I use fotolia.co.uk)

Nowadays I'm experimenting the same problem at LO, FTP uploads disappear..
