Default Model release question

Hi, I have got a quick model release question. When you upload to so many sites how do you deal with the model releases? I upload to SS, IS and DS,just started to upload to Fotolia, and of all of them I know that SS doesn't mind if you upload a pic with a model release from another agency, but what about other agencies?

Can I upload a different form to DS, IS and Fotolia? Or Can I just have a plain release form and upload it to these sites (Fotolia's release form doesn't seem to have any logos or affiliation to any company? The reason why I am trying to do this is because I have pics 1-year old which were signed by the model, but the release form is from SS, so that means that probably this form won't be valid with the abovementioned agencies, and I'd like to minimize my future troubles with the release forms by having just one that can apply to all of them. Also it's easier for the model if they sign only one copy and it's easier to keep track of all those model release forms.

So how do you deal with this? I'd like to hear your "workflow".

Regards from macedonia. Ljupco

Hi,

As far as im aware a generic model release forum should be fine for most of the bigger sites,

This is the one I know a few people use.

http://www.sensuousline.com/forms/adultlon.htm

I have not used it myself but I do know others that uses it at fotolia, shutterstock and istock without problems,

Try to make sure the forum you use does not refer to any specific company.
or assign rights to any specifi agency.

Doug

I agree - just use a generic one - most places will accept them.

I have my own with my business logo on and i tend to use that one - so far i haven't had any problems with it.
