Try diferentprices and see what sells and for how much. It's slow there though.

If you're going to submit the same material you really need to keep the pricing comparable to SS and the rest of the micros. Personally I'm trying to use FP as a bridge between micros and traditional agencies, pricing images at present between $5- $20, but only submitting pics I don't have available on microstock.

Unfortunately, I feel, FP is getting full of $1 and $2 images so it will possibly end up being just another microstock site, which would be a shame considering the potential its pricing model offers.

Price it comparible to other sites but not SS as it is a subscription site.

And remember, just because you only get $1 at iStock, they are selling them for $5 for a large photo. Therefore you photos should be accordingly priced. This is even easier now FP have resizing. Upload full size, put a decent price on it and they can get a smaller size if they want.

Or alternatively, use it as a middle ground site like alexh is.

experiment. see what works. Start low, maybe - if you're selling a lot of a certain pic, jack up the price

At Featurepics people can also just buy one image instead of having to pay up front for lots, therefore it can be cheaper in the long run if you only want one to pay more for one image than a higher figure more lots you may not want or need.
