Not authorized for ftp

I can't use ftp. I tried the internet explorer option and got a message 'unable to open file on server. Check authorization.' I copied the required information, and I tried on two different days, so I don't think there were any typos involved.

What am I doing wrong?

It is strange you have a message "open file".

You don't open file, just trying to copy files to your folder. Correct?

We have uploaded a file into your ftp account without problems.
(We saw a folder created by you dated by 10th of June - have you had problems that time?)

I will send this message to our SysAdmin, may be he has a brilliant idea...

One more thing. I hope you are not using IE7 beta version.

ooops1 I posted on this before. And someone else was having a problem, too.
