Default ftp - not authorized

I followed the ftp instructions, but every time I've tried (three times, different days), I get a message that I am not authorized to upload to this site. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I've been having problems, too, for about a month now. For me, the problem is that the upload just hangs and never connects.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Some ftp clients have 1 field for host (ftp://ftp.featurepics.com/yourguid),
some have 2 fields: host(ftp://ftp.featurepics.com)+remote dir(your guid).
Please let us know what ftp client you are using. We will check it asap and will be back to you.

I'm using SmartFTP. I just checked your site and noticed that it isn't listed. The odd thing is that it used to work just fine, then it just quit. I'm still unable to connect with SmartFTP.

Karimala, have you set
- [host] as "ftp dot featurepics dot com"
- [pass] as your 36 chars GUID?

Have you tried to copy separate files or directories?
Please drop us a line to contact at featurepics dot com.

Thank you!
