Should this be the "other shoe" dropping or just more from a very slow moving project? I looked at the blog and they have a whole team working on this site. A whole team and it takes a year to get out of beta?

Actually they are attending a seminar in Norway conducted by the YayMicro crew. "Beta" in Norwegian translates to "large incompetent staff that needs a kick in the butt."

Are they getting out of beta? Where did it say that?

Are you guys, especially those with over 500 photos, making decent sales there?

It didn't say that, nor did I.

It just says major improvements.

I clicked on the SV link that says, contact us with suggestions and got this "Remote host said: 571 Message Refused"

The content of my message was very simple, and here's all it said:

ftp uploads

I thought I'd do something to help them figure out what people really wanted. If I had decided to get complex I would have added, No Categories!

Not very decent sales, but I think about 5 in a week. With about 1200 photos/illustrations.

Monday @ noon here, and the site is still down.

Oh well. It's not like I really had any DLs there when the site was up, so I guess it's business as usual for me and SV.

I notice that on the homepage, the beta is peeled back - almost like they're about to remove it. I look forward to seeing what they do - hopefully sales pick up. I've had about 200 sitting on there for the last 2 or 3 months, and nothing...

They're up again... no "beta" on the logo... no FTP either.

Took several minutes to load the home page. Gave up and left.
