I had stopped uploading to LO a long time ago and my remaining portfolio was small so I have nothing to regret and will not worry about the small money owed.
I understand your pain when it's likely you guys will not get paid for the money lost and time wasted.
However, have you ever thought, perhaps Bryan has lost a lot more than any of us? It's unfortunate that his business has failed. When a business is shut down like that, it is most likely because the company cannot meet its liabilities, including the liabitilies to you and the shareholders (owners). That's bad, but it happens.
Of course it's his fault that he couldn't make a go of his business. However, not everyone of us is the most successful photographer in this world. I had met him once. I was the one giving him a hard time and questioning him why my photos were not selling at LO but in other sites. Based on his response, I realized that he was not a cut-throat businessman type, perhaps that was also one of the reasons of his failure.
Sometimes perhaps while we grieve our losses, we don't have to be too harsh in judging others. Life goes on.
