Ok.. so I posted this question at Fotolia but I am frustrated with them & need gratification!

I have in the smallest port at Fotolia due to low acceptance rate but I do have SOME images there & have an almost worthless download record. If I didn't believe that pennies make dollars I would delete my small port & move on which I may now do!

My issue of today is that my earnings have all but disappeared from my running tab. I contacted Fotolia about this & they said: "We apologize for the inconvenience. Have in mind that if one of your image purchases gets canceled the earned credits get deducted from your account." According to my acct I had a flat amount deducted, I see nothing about a single image being canceled. I don't see a way to simply continue my thread with Fotolia as my correspondance with them is listed as closed now. I will find a way to follow thru further but does anyone else have a history with fee's like this or unknown charges at Fotolia?

I've been with Fotolia several years and Customer Support, along with arrogance, has been a continuing problem. On the subject of disappearing credits, they will only give you a stock answer and that's the end of it.
