Have I Missed Something?

I can't log in to either Dreamstime or BigStockPhoto. This has been going on for several days. I even turned of my firewall temporarily to see if the firewall was suddenly blocking it. Have they silently gone the way of LO?

Both are up for me right now.

Thanks. I keep getting the 'timed out' message for both of them. I don't know what's going on.

My husband tried it on his computer and the same thing. Can't even get a 'ping'. I can get to the rest of the sites I submit to (I think, anyway, there are a couple more I need to check.)

Both are working for me. I sometimes can't log in to BigStockPhoto using firefox, so I use Safari. Had that problem a few times with Fotolia too. Not sure why that happens.

Just checked both from a new location, both came up, I logged in and they worked. Since you had your husband try open a different computer it's even more of a mystery. If you had just used your own computer I'd say clear the cache.

Do the above main page logos show up? If so, the site is up and there's something else blocking you. If they show as broken, then you can't connect to the sites at all for some reason.

Do you have them pointing to a specific index page or just the main site?

Could be a DNS issue, or proxy settings.

Try this, if it works, it's a DNS issue for sure, it should take you to DT, copy and paste it in your address bar:

"67.15.210.76"

If it doesn't work, it's a route issue.

You might have blocked the sites without knowing. It happened to me before. Check your blocked list.

Nope, nothing blocked.

What I had to do is (in this order) shut down computer, shut down router, shut down modem, restart modem, restart router, restart computer. Don't know why anything went wrong or whatever, but it's all back to normal now.
