Anybody else had this, I can't be bothered with all this silly nonsense, and haven't heard back from support.

My first batch had problems with the comma thing, I think Photoshop puts semi colons in the keywords which I had a problem with, also spaces after the comma before the next keyword starts, reduces the number of keywords as they count the spaces and letters. When they approve a red and yellow signal they don't seem to give you back a green rating, rather you start building a % on yellow as well.

I have not had this problem recently, but do admit the image processing is involved and a little tedious. Having said that I have had 3 sales, which paid a worthwhile amount.

Alamay: I'm a newby and am averaging a sale for every 35 zooms.

The reason it takes so long is because a lot of Alamys buyers have accounts, they have three months to declare usage to Alamy, which brings me onto another thing, if you do get a sale for an image there's a good chance it has already been used months previously.
One other thing, after they do declare usage they have 45days before they are meant to settle the account, that's just the way they operate. Sometimes you can wait six months for a declared sale to actually be cleared in your account.
And finally something to prepare yourself for, I had an image in one of our national newspapers in February, it hasn't shown up in my sales yet and I can't chase it up until the end of May!

Onto Panther, I had an email from them saying the red/green traffic light thing about the commas was a technical glitch and that it's been fixed and my images have been passed back to the editors, I had a quick check and guess what, now all my images are back as Yellow awaiting approval, including the ones that were previously approved and I hadn't queried!! I'm not sure I'm going to continue uploading there.
