confused about iStockphoto agreement

I read some policies, but still have something don't understand.
Can I upload the same photo to iStockphoto and Dreamstime?
that is royalty-free, right?

Provided you do not become an exclusive contributor at istockphoto, you can upload your images anywhere else you wish. And yes, it's all royalty-free.
