Default SXP and Property Releases

Hello everyone,

I'm getting a bit frustrated with the new property release policy of SXP.

I've submitted a cityscape of the city of Luzern, in Switzerland. I'm asked to upload a property release. Now, seriously, does anyone in the whole world have a document signed by all the owners of a building in a city?

Also, I've submitted an image of a barn, and I was asked to send a property release. The barn is absolutely generic and there's nothing more than the surrounding mountains to identify it. I understand it to some point, but shouldn't it be a rule of thumb as to what is reasonable or not when buildings of some kind are on a photo?

I'm not sure if I should give myself to the trouble of discussing it with the approval team or simply not submit any photos with buildings.

What are everyone's thoughts?

Thanks for any comment. Cheers,

Antonio

I can feel your pain, I have been through the exact same non-sense rejections! So I stopped submitting anything with even a wall on it.

On their forum there is even a guy complaining that they were asking for a PR for a pictures of a stack of towels with a generic wall in the background!

They also considered the serial number on a dollar bill a copyrighted property and demanded me to delete it. They are somewhat irrational at some point. Also I hate the 30 cents downloads I am getting from them. I am considering opting out of those.

use the contact form and write, I wrote many times and got finally today some pictures reviewed and accepted but I had to reupload them. I think that IS, DR, SX are very sticky about releases. Who's the next ?
