Default Trying to plan for the holidays

For a person that is a planner you would think I would have thought this through a little more. As my last day at work approached I thought to myself: I probably should have waited until Jan to give notice...man it feels good to be free...everyday feels like I'm a kid in the candy shop...I just hope I have some money to buy stuff

Question for those of you that have been doing this for a few years. On average what % does your income go down for Nov. & Dec. I am already seeing a drop. Just trying to prepare.

Thanks

The best sales months of the year are typically November and December. I'm just now starting to see the upswing, so hopefully you will, too.

I've found that November is the peak month for me with October and December being next best months. January is definitely one of the slowest... probably only July is worse...

Now take my stats with a grain of salt because I'm not a full timer nor do I have huge portfolio. (around 500 images per site)

You're not alone... so far November has been pretty average... the good news is, that I notice that for most months there are more sales later in the month. I'm hoping that trend continues for this month.
