Default Cashing out on Fotolia

Sorry for asking what may be a stupid question, but how do I cash out on Fotolia?

After clicking on several links and going in circles, I decided to ask for some directions here. The website's a bit slow for me so it's extra frustrating when I find myself back on a loop.

Also... are there any associated problems? I'm thinking of using moneybookers. I heard some poeple left Fotolia because of their change in policy on cash out? It'll be my first cash out.

Thanks!

You have to 'convert your credits'.

From your main page, click on the 'my credits' tab and ask to convert your credits to cash.

On your other comment - I have never had any problems getting paid at FT. I use Paypal. Payment from FT appears to be quick and efficient.

Thank you so much.

I kept thinking that would convert my credits to buy pictures and I didn't want that.

Somehow though, after choosing moneybookers, when I clicked 'return' something went wrong and it switched back to paypal. I've sent them a message saying so. hopefully will be rectified soon.

Thanks again.

Imagine! Must have been a terrible ordeal you had to go through trying to figure that one out!
