iStock statistics not refreshing

Istock have been having problems with their system lately. I notice that I have had 44dl since 11:30am today(this is not normal for me). I average a little over 100dl Monday - Friday. Anyone notice anything strange with their account?

Yes, actually. DLs and $$$ are not being added to my stats page, but they are being added to my file list and account balance.

What is going on over there? Everything seems to be crashing big time. And what stinks is it's having a HUGE impact on my sales. HUGE!!! And considering this is my profession, I can ill afford to take such gigantic hits. Hope they get it sorted out soon.

I sent a msg to isock an hour ago and just checked my dl and it jumped to 105dl...they must be having problems over there.

Dang! I would freak out if my DL jumped up like that! ;-)

Here's a note on their front page:

After reading this, I went back to iStock (where I'd been checking my stats a couple of minutes ago) out of curiosity. The site is now down for maintenance - go figure!

Jeezuz guys, some of you folk would hear the grass grow as we say here in Ireland. You never cease to amuse me but if one of these sites so much as blinks it's up here on the forum within seconds. I dunno :shock:

I only made $40 for this first half of September. I would usually make $75-125 by this point in the month. Yeah, I'm a little worried too. Something's definitely not right...

You may be right, but IS has been having issues for quite awhile now and it's having a big affect on many people. I think everyone has a right to complain in this case. This isn't just a "blink."
