Anyone ever heard of this new microstock site?

Just got an email invite to join... looks decent, pays 40% commissions. It's brand new, so I imagine sales would be extremely slow at first. A search for "cars" returned 2 images, and a search for "illustration" returned about 30 images.

Anyone know anything about this site? Is it legit?

Only heard about it for the first time a few days ago on another forum. Someone else also received an invite. Looks like they are brand spankin' new.

Looks cool as far as I can tell.

One thing to note if anyone is going to sign up: The 40% commission only applies to images uploaded before 8/31/07 and expires 8/31/08.

I hope these guys succeed. I wouldn't mind seeing a new player in the microstock game with a nice looking site and good functionality. Might scare Fotolia into getting their act together.

Yeah, and they are Canadian (located in Toronto - not too far away

). There are so few Canadian-based sites that I generally join any of them that start up - it's a pain when they don't go anwhere, but out of principle I feel like I have to support them.

I received the invitation in the begining of June. I can't have another site on my upload list right now... As a matter of fact, I'm considering leaving 5 of the 11 sites I usually contribute to as they represent such a little percentage of my total revenue...

Where do all these sites come from???? So few images. Looks like the site's admin portfolio. I guess you've got to start somewhere. I didn't get an invitation though. I feel slighted. Sob.

Oh, I forgot. Fotolia is still down. But they sent me an email about a sale. How does that happen?

It's an automated notice, you can probably turn it off in your profile. The old site had that.

just got an email from these guys so I figured i would give them a shot. Uploading is fast and easy, ftp support too.
