Default Few more sales than usual

Had a few more sales recently at FP - some kind of advertising push going on?

No sales since May 3rd. The only site I don't get sales every week. Hope they have some people making money or they will struggle to survive.

I haven't had a single sale since March 1st with over 1000 images available.

February was a record month, which keeps some hope alive, but now that I'm doing this for a living I have to seriously consider the value of my time vs. the return in earnings. No sales in three months leads me to believe that FeaturePics probably isn't for me, which is too bad, because I really do like the site and helpful staff. I'll keep my stuff up there, but I probably won't be spending much time uploading until I see a consistent upward trend in sales. :-(

I've had two sales there in my first two months so far at $10 each, netting $14. Of about 100 images. Not earth shaking but in this business you never know which site will become the next Microsoft.

Your images may now be in lots of folks' lightboxes there. If they have such a thing on that site.

My method is to just keep uploading to 'em all and let the business model of each do their thing. Some of these sites won't be around this time next year. But why waste time trying to predict which ones will be left standing?

It's hard to justify putting effort into something when there's no sales. Shame as I do like their helpful staff and site.

I've sold two images in half a year. Nut too bothered though. It really doesn't take any time at all to upload. At the moment Fotolia, Dreamstime and 123rf (and SS, of course) seem to be the sites working for me. Strange business indeed;-)
