Just bought a 350D Rebel XT for my boss
Can't wait to play with it once it gets here...got it for $650 shipped with a free 1gb CF card - was that a good deal? I know it's $800 in stores.
I also bought a Speedlite 430 hot shoe flash for $230 after 10 dollar rebate. Was that a decent deal? Do any of you guys know anything about that flash? Our company will mainly be using it when we have to take shots at events for the companies we design magazines for. Man, I have a feeling I'm going to want to buy one for myself! haha maybe when they come down to about 3-400 in price, once they're obsolete enough. Are you guys happy with your 350D's? I know a few of you have them.
