Default Is this legal ????

I sent an e-mail to e-bay recently complaining that I thought a seller was contravening copyright laws by selling copies of autographed photos.
I sent a link to a pal of mine who runs a photo agency. He agreed with with me and also sent an e-mail to e-bay.

So now I put it to you.
e-bay obviously does not think that there is a problem with this as items that have ended have been relisted.

What do you think !

That is intentionally misleading. The only reason someone would buy that is if they thought that the celebrity had actually signed the copy. But in reality you are just buying a copy of an autographed picture.

Thats BS.

This very much depends on the way the advert is constructed and if the seller is making any claims of autenticity.

very dodgy area..

you did well to report it, to many people let things like this go.
