Alamy would take level 10.

I use level 10 only when otherwise it does not fit with agency maximum file size (not Alamy, of course). I do not want to risk ruining hours of work. Although there is not any evidence that level 10 over 12 would give any artifacts.

Thanks, E. In my honest experience as a graphic designer for all the years I've been one...level ten creates no visible loss. A few of my designer friends have even discussed this, and we all agree.

So far I have 39 images online, 100% approved. Gotta love that - now I just have to get the other 1500+ upsized and online. *Sigh*

You don't know whether customers buy a photo to be used on reduced size or they plan on further upsizing it. I suspect JPEG artifacts show up badly when you further upsize it. I just do not take risks. I don't pay for bandwidth and storage has never been an issue.
