I do not understand what it means when eading tos.
It says i can not use for advertising and commercial things,
so where i can use it?

News, educational, and some others. But you have the essential part correct. Cannot be used for advertising or commercial. No mugs, shirts, prints, or anything that you or anyone else will sell.

Editorial can be RF or RM, depending on the site, license or use, but what it means is the image has no release for the content. In theory it should be newsworthy or have content that would go into a text book for example. Since parody is also covered under freedom of speech that's another possible legal usage.
