When you produce 200-500 photos a month, how do you find so many different subject matters to shoot?

I don't know if you know what I mean, in other words, do you shoot many photos of the same subject, or do you shoot many different subjects and limit similar images to a certain number?

Have you ever felt that you are running out of ideas and steams?
