That's why I worked on getting my account activated and accepted at Alamy. That's done. Sold my 70-200 2.8 IS USM and 1.4 extender, in January. Just bought a Canon 100-400 today because I needed the reach for racing. Had money left over for a 580EX.

Now with all those select toys/tools, I better turn out something that produces a return.

I was working for the track, not as a photographer last weekend. Had to snap one of the weather. Just one more part time job that pays for camera equipment.

Edit added tonight: Ride in the country with the new lens and I shot lens tests. (On a tripod, remote cable release) Seven hours later, back at the office, checking. I'm not so sure I'm overly impressed with the 100-400, but I'm still comparing.

One thing for sure, the 28-135 "walk around lens" keeps looking softer and softer, every time I buy a newer L lens. And the 100mm Macro is super sharp! I like it more and more every time I use it.
