No you aren't too cynical, I was just waiting for the response from their second ID.

Hey folks. This is SPAM! New user one posts the same messages all over in photo forums and the next day, someone else new, (not the honest people who are already members who respond to this SPAM) just happens past the forum and says... "I'm a photographer in your area."

Follow the link and you'll see that these people are spamming message boards trying to draw customers. This moves them up in the Google rankings by getting their link on more different systems.

Look for the "photographer wanted in Savannah" thread with the wrong state in the message text! The same people answered of course.

Another one that showed up in a couple forums, they are eloping. (isn't that a trick? planning to elope and having a photographer?)

I don't know if the mods here can block a specific IP address, but I'd bet these all come from the same person. What would be nice, when someone has the time, is to go back and dump all these messages from this person, jason_iud AKA Lori and other names, so they can't benefit from abusing the forum.
