Do I need a model release?
I can post the photo if anyone wants to see it. It's a friend and I've given him photos for charity and his website, It's not a big issue. I'm just wondering for clarification, and if I need to get a model release in other cases like this?
Or because the are no recognizable facial features, I could use the shot as RF, no release needed?

For some sites you won't need a release... but i'm sure that for DT you will need one....:-)
