I joined microstock about the same time as you did and currently have roughly the same numbers as you on IS...as far as downloads...your's are slighty higher but good enough for comparison.

I submit to the 8 major sites and and IS accounts for only 35% of my income....so even when i make Diamond...(hopfully by March) ...if I went exclusive I would still be losing over 30% of my current income.

It is a pain in the ass to submit to all the sites, but I think it pays off....why do you think Yuris does it???

I have a very regimented process with my photos and I submit the same photos to all sites..so I have roughly the same amount on all sites with the exception on IS...of course..

Take yesterday for example....sales on IS were terrible...for you, me, Yuris, andrer...so probably everybody.....but the other sites made up for it....

I don't think if I stopped downloading to SS on a regular basis, that my downloads would drop 70%....maybe 30%....many ....many of my daily downloads are my old photos....but the new ones do always sell well for the first week or so....

I would never go exclusive with IS myself...it would cost me alot of money....it does drive me nuts to see them sell my photo for $100 and I only get around $20....boy are they making alot of money on me....

It is true that I have only about 40% of my photos on IS compared to the other sites...but there is no guarentee that they would take all of them...sometimes they are very picky..for no reason...

Just my personal opinion... I think we all have to decide for ourselves...
