hmmm, this seems to be a trickier question than I thought. I asked this question on another forum and got some mixed responses. Some seem to think it is fine if I use the photos for my website without MR's as long as im not selling them and it is obvious in the photos that they were taken with permission. Others say that I do need MR's.

I know Its probably best to get MR's whenever possible, I was just curious. What if I am taking photos at a wedding? Do I have to get written permission from all the guests if I end up wanting to use some of those shots for my website?

Looks like I might have to look into this a little bit further.
