I have been using Lightroom since B4, now at v 1.1. I find the workflow is excellent. I can apply copyright and global keywords on the way in, also minimal processing. I can review images quickly and decide which ones are even worth processing. I then do all global work (levels, curves, WB, etc. on the raw image in LR. Most images are then ready for export as jpegs to my Stock Photo folder and submission. If I need to clone to delete a logo, etc. I can ship the image directly to PS, for that or anthing which needs local touch-up, masking etc. If you choose the Photo/Edit in CS3 option (not export), it generates a .tif, so there is no multi-jepeg. Then Process in PS and save as jpeg in your folder for Stock Photos. I still have the original raw available for any other purpose I wish to put it to.
