I use it and love it. I've been told that Adobe Bridge in CS3 has many of the same features, but I can't say for sure since I have yet to upgrade from CS2. Much of the time I can do everything I need to do to an image in Lightroom and never have to open PS. I really like the organizaiton capabilities of Lightroom too.
